I cant believe I am doing this again with my New Year resolution, but its definitely happening so join me! My weight loss goals for this coming year and my plans to continue getting my body done soon after that. Fingers crossed!

It has been to long since I jumped on here and today I felt like saying a few quick things with regards to asking people for favors. If you are a person who loves getting free things from people weather its a favor or an item (in business) then you need to listen up. If you want things done at 100, you need to pay for the work or end up “hoping” for the best and then want to complain? No honey, no.

The reality of coworkers and cheating. You need to be aware that this is reality and your boo thang could very well be doing his or her thing at work. Watch for the warning signs. Calls out of nowhere, personal texts when there shouldn't be any. The sad reality of people who choose to bring work him, literally.
