In this weeks episode of Help For Leaders, we cover all things DISC. We dive into a little bit of the history and background of DISC and uncover more about this observable language. DISC is an acronym for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. DISC measures human behavior and gives us a framework for communication. DISC is an observable language that is universal and neutral! There is no best style! You can’t pass or fail. We are all different and we need to learn to appreciate our differences and how to communicate most effectively based on those differences. DISC is the tool that makes all this and more happen!
