For decades now, charities and partners have worked hard to break down the barriers and out dated stereotypes that stop employers discovering the wealth of potential talent that exists amongst the disabled community, when it comes to recruiting. A new pledge, created by Virgin Media and Disability charity Scope, is giving support, guidance and encouragement to HR professionals to help them see past the disability and understand the support that's out there, including Access To Work government financial support.
