This episode the guys bring you a topic submitted at Maywood Christian Camp. Ben begins this edition describing “intrusive thoughts”. Ben stresses that struggling with something does not mean you’ve give in to temptation and Travis reminds the importance of taking thoughts captive for Christ. That Scripture infers that there were thoughts that were struggles for even Paul the Apostle. Ben also explains the difference between the occasional intrusive thought verses Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Ben gives 2-3 practical ways to help deal with intrusive thought. To wrap up the episode, the guys share their least favorite fun sing song.
