Parsley, Beverly Limerick, 71, of Richmond died Friday, April 28, 2023. She was preceded in death by her son, James Parsley and her sister, Gail Stoufer. She is survived by her husband Steve Parsley, her niece Tiffany Prokopis (Pete), her nephew Andrew Stoufer (Amanda), two great nephews George and James Prokopis, and two great nieces, Alexis and Avery Stoufer. Beverly was a graduate of Longwood University, and a teacher at Ruby F. Carver Elementary School for 38 years.
