Stu discusses what he now understands to be his battle with anxiety from a young age in the work place and as the episode progresses we look into how addiction negatively impacts a persons mental health and the ability to make reasoned decisions. A look into a typical day at work while battling a quickly spiralling alcohol addiction and anxiety fight comes with some startling honestly and graphic detail. Just the pre work routine is an easy reminder that addiction and mental health are no joke.

We continue the chat about how far an addict will go to try and hide their addiction. Later in the episode we look into the toll addiction can take on close personal relationships.
