• MOA – Acts on antithrombin III to reduce the ability of the blood to form clots, thus preventing clot deposition in the coronary arteries. 
• Indication – ACS, acute pulmonary embolism, DVT
• Contraindication – Predisposed to bleeding, aortic aneurism, peptic ulcer.
