In this storytelling episode, Sarah explains the 10 Steps that helped her grow through a recent PTSD activation experience at an event with hundreds of people (CW: Brief mention of SA). After suppressing her trauma for over a decade, Sarah's PTSD recovery is something she's been devoted to. The tools and practices she shares in this episode are taken from different integrative therapy methods that she's applied along the way. These can be tried both individually on their own and together by anyone experiencing a trigger or intense stress and anxiety.
