Hello and welcome back to another episode of Her HypeSquad with Bosstrack
In this episode I talk with Shaara Roman, founder and CEO of The Silverene Group.
Shaara shares the 10 key strategies she’s honed on her journey in building a successful consulting practice from the ground up, and how her personal and professional background prepared her for establishing herself and thriving in a male-dominated world.
Before we get started, I wanted to explain that this is an episode that we recorded with Shaara earlier in the year before we launched the Her HypeSquad with Bosstrack podcast so the format is slightly different than recent episodes. It’s such a great conversation that we wanted to share with you during our holiday off-season.
I also wanted to mention that since this recording, Shaara launched her book The Conscious Workplace - A thought-provoking and thorough examination of the current state of workplace culture and the opportunities the future holds, The book shows leaders at all levels how to strengthen their business to thrive in any crisis.
