  • Walking Meditation for Joy and Happiness | When Everything Feels Like an Obligation

    Send us Fan Mail

A 13 minute walking meditation for joy, for when everything you used to love has started to feel like an obligation.

Girl, if even the fun stuff has ended up on your to-do list, then this one's for you.

Walk outside, on a treadmill, or around your home. Keep your eyes open and stay aware of your path.

Want to go a little deeper? 📝 There's a journaling exercise to go with this walk on my Substack linked below.

    I'm Alexandra Jane, a Self-Trust & Recalibration Coach, and I'm so glad you're here.

Not a glow up. A recalibration.

  • Scorpio Season Guided Walking Meditation | Stop Overthinking

    Send us Fan Mail

If your brain won't stop running the same scenarios on repeat, this 15-minute guided walking meditation for overthinking is for you.

You know the loop. The decision you've thought about 40 times. The conversation you keep replaying. The what-ifs at 2am. (Mine always seem to show up right when I get into bed.)

This walk won't solve everything for you. But it'll help you get quiet enough to hear what you already know.

It's Scorpio season, the trees are letting go of their leaves, and honestly? It feels like a pretty good time to let a few thoughts go too.

Walk anywhere: outside, on a treadmill, around your kitchen. Just keep your eyes open.

Want to go deeper? I wrote a few journal prompts to do after your walk. They're on Substack (linked below).

And if overthinking has been keeping you stuck on more than one decision, that's exactly the work I do with women one-on-one. Come say hi: hernextbecoming.com

If this walk helped, follow the show so you don't miss the next one.

  • 12 Minute Walking Meditation for Self-Trust | Stop Waiting for Permission

    Send us Fan Mail

A 12 minute walking meditation for self-trust, to help you stop waiting for someone else's okay.

If you've ever rewritten a text three times before sending it, this one's for you.

    In this walk:
    — Slow breathing in rhythm with your steps
    — A hand on your heart as you connect with the woman you're becoming
    — One question to take with you: What do I actually value, now that no one's watching?

Walk outside, on a treadmill, or around your home. Keep your eyes open and stay aware of your path.

  • 13-Minute Guided Walking Meditation for Letting Go | Honoring What's Ending

    Send us Fan Mail

A 13 minute guided walking meditation for letting go of a role, habit or chapter that's quietly coming to an end. 🍂

Hi love 🤍 If something in your life has been feeling finished lately, this walk is for you. You don't have to drag the old version of you out the door. You can thank her first.

    What we'll do together:
🌿 Breathe and settle in as you walk, at your own pace
🌿 Look back at the chapter that's ending and thank the woman who lived it
🌿 Leave with one little phrase to come back to: "Thank you. I've got it from here."

You can walk anywhere: outside, on a treadmill, or around your living room. Just keep your eyes open and stay aware of your path.
