This episode is being published on Valentine's Day, so of course we'll talk about love, but not the romantic kind.  We'll be talking about the importance of nurturing and caring for ourselves in the same beautiful way we do for others in our role as a mom - yep, self-love.  And we'll start by eliminating the word "just" when we describe ourselves, as in "I'm just a mom."
