Nobody to Tell is about a time in one's life when people who would care about a particular person passing away become scarce. During these times I would hop on the telephone and tell somebody. However, this time when I prepared myself to do that, to my surprise, I had nobody to tell. For that matter, in my circle, I could only think of one person who would remember him but there would be no grieving. At that point, I realized everybody on my side of the family, who knew this man personally, had preceded him in death, including my parents… who had passed away. I pay special attention to Complicated Grief by sharing many of my own personal bouts with sorrow. Host Ministerneecy shares the story about when her youngest sister Phyllis passed away and how she felt God was putting too much on her. This was when she felt like she could not take dealing with any more deaths of loved ones. But by her own admission, she evidenced by her chance to share stories still and discuss grief & loss and bereavement. 

Host Ministerneecy talks about her personal experience with losing a child. She stated, out of all the condolences or sympathy remarks that disturb me "I understand what you're going through when you don't have a clue ranks #1 on the list!" If ever there was a time when people should think before they speak, offering condolences is one of them. 

If I could turn back one hand of time, it would be the one that took my son's life. This episode is about my personal experience with losing a child. Whatever the circumstance, this one is for you. Perhaps there was a time when you too wanted to say, "Please Don't Say You Know What I'm Going Through Unless You Really Do. Few can honestly say they know the depth of sorrow a parent feels when a child dies. Words cannot adequately describe the degree of grief one suffers. While you do not need to know what a grieving parent goes through during healing, it does help to have empathy for others.   Condolences 247

Ministerneecy discusses the plight of families who did not get a chance to say goodbye, gather to memorialize a loved-one or bring closure to wounds caused by overwhelming grief and sorrow. This PODCAST is her memorial to them! Let's give our condolences to those families who have lost loveones they could not bury, memorialize or give condolences whether death was due to COVID 19, or any other cause. You cannot know the degree of pain brought on by not being able to see someone you love who is dying but still alive. If you have love in your heart for your brother and sister you can feel their pain. Anybody who has experienced losing a loved-one due to death knows something about the traumatic emotional effects of not being able to bury the dead with dignity. Anybody who cares, would at least acknowledge the effect and disruption that not being able to hold traditional home-goings has on the people. Yet, the President has failed to speak to the people about this very troubling matter. FYI: GOD IS STILL IN CONTROL
