Before I talk about anything else in today's podcast I want to give my deepest sympathy to anyone who has lost someone they love to COVID 19, had or have COVID 19 or who have suffered financial or other losses as a result of this pandemic. My heart continues to ache for the afflicted. To them I say "Please know that most people do care, even if at times it does not appear that way." We should do better and could about reaching out whenever and whereever possible but I think the reality of the stench of such mass grief has stunned and paralyzed us. For that I am sorry and apologize.
November 3rd may very well turn out to be the most important politically significant day in the world and certainly within our lifetime, regardless of age, gender, religious affiliation or political party one claims. We must forge forward fully prepared to stay the course as though we have already won! That is what having faith looks like. That's what being a child of God looks like. Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell are not bigger than God. However, we should pray for strength to not be afraid of what lies ahead. Sometimes things are not what they seem. The Bible has many Scriptures that warn us about man's burning desire to control His world, appear smarter than the Creator and place regard for fortune and and fame above all else. "ou intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives." Genesis 50:20.
Where is the wise person? Where is the teacher of the law? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? 21 For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe. 1 Corinthians 1: 20-21
Fritz Cherry 2020, Bible Reasons.com brilliantly stated “God makes oceans, at best man makes pools!”
Let's talk about the significance of today's podcast, "If Not Now When?| November 4th may be too late!
