I'm going to cut right to the chase, GRACE is key here. Lean in and let God lead you here. I've worked with women in online fitness and nutrition for eight years and when we try to go all in, it NEVER works. ONE CHOICE, ONE DAY at a time is where the magic happens and consistency wins. I promise you the second you invest in a weight loss program life will hit you hard, it happens every time. The enemy does NOT want you healing this way. Stay in faith and let God's strength fuel you!
2. 10 minutes to plan- MAKE time. Put your phone down and actually do something that will push you TOWARDS your goal, not distract you. Social media is the destroyer of productivity Lay it down.
3. DISCIPLINE- it's a fruit of the spirit and when you plant God's word in your heart DAILY, through prayer and reading He will transform you with good fruit. Let Him and watch Him transform you from the inside out!
4. Create a healthy morning routine, God wants your first fruits, NOT your crappy leftovers. Give Him time, MAKE time, you GET to spend time with Him daily. It's not a chore; it's an honor and privilege.
