Its that time again prattlers, another series has come to an end, and this week we're closing out our second season by taking you all to the bedroom... to talk about sleep! We take a deep dive into the nighttime as we discuss bedtimes, sleep paralysis and nightmares not to mention examining Sarahs true love (spoiler its not her boyfriend, its pajamas...)
