That's right, in our hometown, some bad stuff went down at a mental health institution and it's the stuff of nightmares. It opened 175 years ago off of West Washington St, just west of downtown Indianapolis. It is now best known as Central State Hospital. Learn some history with us while Kelsi struggles with basic math.
