Too easy to belittle. Besides the fact that there is no nutritional value, iceberg lettuce can't be found in the trendy juices that come in unlabeled cups from farmer's markets. But I've got a soft spot for it. I think iceberg lettuce is the tricycle with flames on the wheels, to the 16-speed Trek that is the vegetable world.
