Don Praseuth is an artist in the ICT whose art spans over multiple mediums. He draws, paints and tattoos. We discuss how he makes connections and uses his talents to help and inspire other artists in the community and how he learns from every experience. Taking an unconventional route, Don has found himself steadily finding personal success and happiness. Don is also the founder of the Wichita Sketch Club and we talk about how his club idea came to fruition and his future plans for it. 

We live in a culture that tells us we should be self-reliant with preconceived ideas about therapy. Some being perceived as weak or crazy and ultimately feeling embarrassed asking for help. In this episode the crew talks with Ashley Parker, LCMFT-LMAC, to help us better understand what therapy is and how one should not feel ashamed about it. With over 5 years in this industry, Ashley also shared some insights about the idea of finding “the one” and some relationship tips. We also learn more about Ashley and what she does on her downtime.
