Donald Trump declined to commit to a peaceful transfer of power. He is a fascist. He needs to go.
No matter who your candidate in the Democratic primary was, DO NOT concede your vote. YOU SHOULD VOTE. YOU NEED TO VOTE in order to ensure Trump is a one term president. If you don't vote, you're not just abstaining — you're weakening the votes of those who believe in the same things you do. So go vote in November.
Covid-19 Infection Rate in NYC has reduced to .9% from the previous 1.4%. The state government is currently looking into next steps on how to safely and gradually bring people back to work through an increase in diagnostic tests (with assistance from the federal government) and antibody tests.

On March 12th Broadway shows were forced to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, the closure is scheduled to continue until June 7th. UPDATE: Closure now extended until Tuesday September 8th, 2020.
Trump has continually peddled the lie that the drug Hydroxychloroquine has been proven to help combat COVID-19. However, the science is not yet there to support that, and Trump lying that it is is potentially fatally dangerous to those who listen to him.
The Center for Disease control is revisiting its policy on the general public wearing masks when they leave the house.
Countries such as the Czech Republic and South Korea have significantly reduced the spread of COVID-19 by widely using masks in public. According to the Department Head of Chemistry & Aerosol Physics at the Czech Academy of Sciences, a simple at home face mask can prevent up to 100% of the spread of potentially infected microdroplets.
NPR said it perfectly, “many people who are infected with the virus have no symptoms - or only mild symptoms. What this means is that there's no good way to know who's infected. You may be inadvertently shedding the virus every time you talk with someone, such as a grocery store clerk.”
There are a lot of great youtube tutorials on how to make a mask at home. These at home masks need to be washed frequently and its important to note which side of the mask has been exposed to the outside.
