When I found that I can actually get paid for that, it inspired me to stick with it because I’ve realised that when I stop with the writing my anxieties would return, worse more than it was before. Thanks to the understanding of the past and what had happened I had been able to overcome and face the problem the adversities which had been easier than the first time. In truth, there's nothing easy about it. I like to think that it’s easy to make it easy because you are what you think.

“Your thoughts create your life so you have to think positive thoughts” this is a quote from J.Lo and she teaches this to her children, I’ve watched her on Oprah Winfrey talk and she was talking about apparently she speaks to herself, telling herself “ I'm enough you know, I am enough in all time and space the universe loves me and I love the universe and she strongly affirms that you have to tell yourself that you are doing OK! That you are good because if you do not tell yourself this there's always that voice in the back of the mind that is busy telling you otherwise. It’s either that you are telling yourself that you are alright, that you’re doing good, that you’re loved, that everything is working out for your for good, that God/ source is busy blessing you or the universe is busy unfolding for you. Not against you, tell yourself this good things and better things will come your way. If you let that little tiny voice in the back of the mind overcome you, then you are really putting yourself in a position of disaster and that is the position I have been for quite a long time. Writing has helped me a lot, in this writing I have discovered a lot in terms of other ways to make an income and to also increase numbers that are really needed to get rid of anxiety cause it’s a matter of increasing your numbers on the daily. Finding something and sticking to it you know and really digging into it and finding all that it has to do. Life....

Some say life is what it is, some say life is what you make of it some say it’s all a big school with dimensional classes and laboratories all over the place that we found comfort in. With crypto everything gets so much easier. Everyone should get a little crypto in their life. While some of us are drawn into the supernatural realm of things. Like readings and predictions, we find ourselves way ahead of life sometimes. So much that life has no choice but to slow us down, balance us and tame us for the time being. It’s really only a matter of time until we learn our way out of this stage as it’s a realisation stage. No matter how much effort or strength is put in blocking any one soul, it shall not match the strength of the soul because the soul is sovereignty. Therefore anything that comes up against any soul is automatically lower in everything, power and all. Life needs to degrade the soul in manner of balancing it so to actually do anything to this soul like making it conform. One too many souls are held captive by life in this manner, mental slavery. It’s a manner of trespassing into one’s experience. When one then realised that this experience is minimal to the whole of who they are, they start weaning themselves off of any type of life’s clutches. Especially those imposed by other human beings, these are based on toxins that are sexual seeds in nature or rather say DNA carriers like salivary fluids.

As life carries on, the soul finds its way out of these clutches by dedication and commitment to a course, a philosophy in which they never give up on no matter what. Stick to this philosophy till the end of time because it is in the realisation of the fact that life’s experience is but a very miniscule part of one’s whole. Planning this life out with unfathomable goals and visions into which all that life throws at one will fall into, will see to it that the philosophy becomes the status quo. At all times, the philosophy rules the actions, thoughts, and everything that this soul is about.

The philosophy as a goal is adapted by encompassing the soul’s life’s experience. An example is dedication to ascension. That is unfathomablein that once adopted, there is absolutely nothing in life that does not fall into this philosophy. Now the rest of the time and space is spend getting there. Everything will lead you to ascension, death being the fastest next to meditation and fasting. Making this a life long dedication means that you recognised that beyond this experience there’s much more than just the afterlife. The infinite is truly infinite and it’s not one. It carries on in progressions that one needs to graduate from to Excell beyond. Something like what happens here that death meets you in one of two cases, either you excelled or you messed up. Either way your time is up. Either you come back later or you continue onto another experience as there are countless other physical existences out there that serve to teach lessons through experience. Although none are life the earth’s experience because the earth’s Experience is special in it lower frequencies and lower vibrations. Other beings know how to overcome these but for earthling it’s been indoctrinated for so long that it’s become second nature.

As it is that life is what it is and it’s also what you make of it, you need to know better than simple half truths. You are what you eat, your habits make your life, tour life is your choice and all type of half truths that we feed ourselves without really knowing what each half truth is about. Dissecting each word we use is the best way to know what life is really about. In life I chose the love of languages, not only human but machinery and beyond, these help with the understanding of the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to the flow of things. How it is that what I eat makes me, what I think makes me, that which is extrinsic (outside) is highly influential of that which is intrinsic ( inside) of a sovereign being. This is a life long study that masters have overtime dedicated their lives to, each one proving their own philosophy wether from above the heavens or from withing th realms of scientific observations and research. Great masters like Jesus, Buddha, Tesla, and the rest have proven to be the greatest of all time by far. So we had to rely on the past collection of data to make sense of life and ainse this couldn’t beenough as we’ve always gotten jealous and greedy which resulted in the loss of valueble information. We needed a spiritual store of knowledge and milestones which is what we call the akashic record. It’s tE collective of all our experiences and memories. Each one has a separate access point into the aksh, something that points them to the direct point that they look for in that moment in time. There is so much to life to love and live and have. Learning about the fastest food in and out of the digestive system has been the most interesting lesson life has afforded me this far. I really take on life as a teacher, with all its people, and other components being student teachers themselves. Trust me, even that rock that you bumped into as a kid is to be considered a teacher. The fruits are the fastest in and out of the stomach next to the veggies and plant material then the animal staff. The animal staff can take up to 72 hours to digest, this is what I base my detox on. At least three days of no food, followed by some fruits or vegetables (fruits barely take an hour to digest). I nowadays don’t really eat animal staff unless there’s some plant material to pair it with. How I come to know this? It’s all started with the nightmares then reading articles about how the digestion of food causes different kinds of ailments in the body. Insomnia, anxiety disorders, paranoia, a lot other health distinctions are caused by eating habits. And the famous blood pressure monster. Sometimes it’s what we eat, sometimes it’s how we eat what we eat, Sometimes it’s the combination of it all. The way we breath and hold our posture contributes a lot too. The staff we listen to and the things we talk about, all contribute to how our digestive system operates. It’s very interesting how connected out whole being is.

This connection, I love and I find it so interesting. So much that I’ve been studying these intrinsic and extrinsic body connections and methods of operations even before I decided on loving these connections. Mind, body Coherence, heart protectiveness over the body, all these are very interesting parts of the second by second operations of the body that are relatively dependent on the digestive system. Ok not relatively, it’s more like highly. What this really means is that how your body looks, operates, what ailments you present or how fast you heal really depends on the strength you build up over the time you’ve alive. A lot of this strength depends on how your mindset is shaped around the food you take and all the stereotypical theories and philosophical societal constructs formed around health and food.

This very interesting lesson from life was like love making from the universe. The more plant staff I take, the more power and energy I felt. The more I didn’t think of animal staff, coked of processed staff, the more I found myself energised and ready to do that which I set my mind to. It’s all pointed to the facts that no matter how much animal staff I took, it would never rival the effects of the plant staff on the body. This is easy to understand because the animal staff is made from other animals or plant staff. So, eating the middleman. Why not just get it from the source? To get to that full plant staff lifestyle one has to wean themselves off of the bad habbit of eating all together and only then will one understand the staff that really calls to fix his body. This is also because the body is self sufficient in ways we cannot explain. The body is able to go on without food or water for all our life. Whether we move or not our body is able to function without sleep too. Like, imagine that! There’s at least one person on this planet who does not sleep and others who do not eat, some who do not drink water or eat certain types of food. Everything is alright cool. Being on this platform, I have goals and intentions. The main intention of being on this platform was to get rid of my anxieties or at least ease the pains through writing. When I found that I can actually get paid for that, it inspired me to stick with it because I’ve realised that when I stop with the writing my anxieties would return, worse more than it was before. Sometimes like the last return was much more as it held me back from writing for about two or three months it was really something to grow through. Thanks to the understanding of the past and what had happened I had been able to overcome and face the problem the adversities which had been easier than the first time. In truth, there's nothing easy about it. I like to think that it’s easy to make it easy because you are what you think.

“Your thoughts create your life so you have to think positive thoughts” this is a quote from J.Lo and she teaches this to her children, I’ve watched her on Oprah Winfrey talk and she was talking about apparently she speaks to herself, telling herself “ I'm enough you know, I am enough in all time and space the universe loves me and I love the universe and she strongly affirms that you have to tell yourself that you are doing OK! That you are good because if you do not tell yourself this there's always that voice in the back of the mind that is busy telling you otherwise. It’s either that you are telling yourself that you are alright, that you’re doing good, that you’re loved, that everything is working out for your for good, that God/ source is busy blessing you or the universe is busy unfolding for you. Not against you, tell yourself this good things and better things will come your way. If you let that little tiny voice in the back of the mind overcome you, then you are really putting yourself in a position of disaster and that is the position I have been for quite a long time. Writing has helped me a lot, in this writing I have discovered a lot in terms of other ways to make an income and to also increase numbers that are really needed to get rid of anxiety cause it’s a matter of increasing your numbers on the daily. Finding something and sticking to it you know and really digging into it and finding all that it has to do. For instance this crypto thing that we’re about you find out all about it and in finding out about it I found several ways to make an extra income. Some of them require you to actually affiliate for you to get some income and then some of them require you to invest in an amount for you to actually free up whatever amount they have for you. Finding a way around this only means that you have to expose or advertise that link more for you to get your share, I have come up with an idea which is an ebook that I have put together and in that ebook I have compiled my mindset on anxiety and getting over what I would call being broke which is a mindset that you have to overcome slowly but surely and then you create your own lifestyle which will keep you from that broke mindset. Because it is a mindset, once you understand that being broke is a mindset you will never be broke again. Even when you have $0.00 it's like you will have this mindset that will always be moving on to the next to the next to the next the next so you cannot actually be poor or broke again being poor or broke is a mindset that you will overcome. I also found that the world will be busy telling you other things which you shouldn’t believe. It’s up to you to believe them or not, I’m not even recommending that you believe this but I am saying I’m recommending that you check it out. Test your beliefs against this so that if it aligns with your beliefs then maybe you can test it out and check a thing or two.

If it doesn’t align then you can always move on to the next and do whatever your heart calls you to do. Because that’s the most important thing to follow your heart because that’s where your feelings come from and there’s nothing better than the feel,than the direction that you get from your feelings because your feelings really know who you are and where you’re going. If you follow the world, the world only knows where it’s going. Every single person in this world is like when we are at university studying, each one is a student the world is the school. Each person has their own missions and lessons, different majors or categories to study.
