Has anybody here ever wanted to run a half marathon or a marathon but was too afraid to? For years I have battled with chronic feet and ankle issues. I never would dare consider running more than 5km at a time, let alone, run a half marathon. However when the challenge was set for me to complete the task I created a plan to make it a reality. Here is my journey over the last few months.
