An encounter that happened three years ago, in a midweek night in a restaurant in Soho, Manhattan.

That led to me writing a story, this story, that became the first episode I created of this podcast.

Carl Jung was one of the pioneers of modern psychology and psychoanalysis.

Initially a collaborator of Sigmund Freud, he then distanced himself from him and went his own way.

What intrigued me about this individual is one particular episode, and it goes as follows.

In december 1925, Jung was invited to participate in a 3 week tour of Chicago, Louisiana and the Southwest. He was joined by a famous anthropologist and from Arizona they drove all the way down to New Mexico to meet with a Pueblo Indian Chief.
