There can be NO plan B, if you are not fully committed in the battle against your ego, your fears, and apathy you will fail to succeed in family, marriage, career, and faith. In this episode I define ego, fear, and apathy and with the help of the 'parable of the talents' explain the consequences and the expectations that we are to live up to.

I give some reasons why I believe you should take it the free test and if I you already have, why I believe that you should take it again with a different attitude. I also disclose my personality type and how it has been holding me back from becoming the husband, father, and leader I want to be.
