To express “it’s my turn”, we use in spoken German very often the expression “dran sein”:
Ich bin dran! (It’s my turn!)
Wann bin ich dran? (When is my turn?)
Du bist nach mir dran. (Your turn is after me.)
A more formal alternative is “an der Reihe sein”:
Ich bin an der Reihe! (It’s my turn!/I’m on the line!)
Wann bin ich an der Reihe? (When am I on the line?/When is my turn?)
Du bist nach mir an der Reihe.
