Hey Ashley Jane

We're in the double digits babyyyyyyy!! This episode covers my first three months at my big girl job, the challenges I've experienced and what I've learned so far.

A quick ramble I recorded at the end of my day about milestones and the pressure I feel as someone in their mid-20s.

In this week's episode, I admit how uncomfortable with where I am in life and try to hold myself accountable for that. I also talk about how it's okay to accept good things to happen to me when my brain is wired to think that shit's going to hit the fan.

This week's episode is all about figuring out my identity as an Asian-Canadian and experiencing growth through unlearning the internalized racism that I learned over the years. It's really just 14 minutes of me shitting on myself. ENJOY!

Skipped a week for personal reasons, but we're back! This week, I talk about my short-lived dating app experience and realized that I'm just not healed from my past yet.

Soul was a movie that we all needed to see after a year filled with uncertainty. This week, I talk about what I learned and discuss my goals for the year.

As a child in an immigrant family, it's been expected of me to pursue a career that is practical and makes good money so I won't suffer financially.

Well, I'm a designer.

I've been gone for a few months and here's why. Stay kind and safe everyone!

We're still in a pandemic and I'm tired of trying to keep up with the productivity levels as if things are business as usual. In this episode, I talk about how I struggled with trying to stay optimistic and accepting that it's ok to not be ok.

In this first episode, I celebrate my birthday by reflecting on some things that I've learned in the past year. Subconsciously, my lessons seem to be very relationship-centered but I've been evaluating my relationships a lot recently, so that's probably why. Keep your energy protected y'all!
