December is a really exciting time in our lives because of the holidays and connecting with people. I also love it because I love the new year and I love setting new goals and I love manifesting what I desire for the upcoming year. I want this to be a three-part series on goal setting and manifestation for your life and business. 

I'm really good at assessing how my year went and how I want my year to go and setting those goals. I also spend time figuring out a plan to work towards them, being actionable, but also weaving in manifestation.

Meg talks about the importance of service and how it can provide clarity in times of uncertainty. Service provides clarity and perspective in difficult times.

I've seen success in many different areas of my personal online presence. I've seen sales come in, increased engagement, and have a loyal community of customers and followers. So, what's the key to driving traffic to social platforms and developing a community of followers who are hooked to your brand? My short answer is "organic marketing."

It takes more than just showing up on social media, being a good copywriter, and staying consistent with your email campaigns to have a cohesive marketing strategy. We've all been there, life can be hard and make you want to cry. Mistakes will be made and things will get messy but it's what you do in those trying moments that matter most. The ability to hold ourselves through challenging times is the true mark of a leader. The key is to look at how you can support yourself during those times; look internally to see what you really need.

Also, keep in mind that everybody has challenges in life, and facing tough times doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. It doesn't mean you're a bad person, it just means you're human! The more you build your confidence in the discomfort and the challenge, the easier it will be to have momentum in whatever you are working towards.

You are what makes your business, marketing, and courses special. Nobody can sell you the secret on how to be more you! It comes from within, from healing work, and from becoming more grounded. When you're looking for a coach, you should be looking at the resources they can offer you. Do they have the history, results, and testimonials? Or are they trying to sell you a dream life that they can't help you reach?

Maybe it feels like it's working for everybody else but you. Remember that you only see what people want you to see, if they want to hide the struggle and the doubt they're experiencing, they can and you would never know. We all go through seasons of fewer sales and there's nothing wrong with that! If you are wondering how to increase sales, I truly believe that it comes down to showing more of who you are, not just what you know. Your message is special and powerful, and it is going to resonate with people.

We often see people online talking about how to create more income, and it's followed up with either a sale of a course or a multi-level marketing scheme. This method of generating income works for some people, but it's not the only way to make money online with a flexible schedule. Seeing an avenue of entrepreneurship and going after it saved me from working in an office where I felt as though my soul was being sucked from me.

I don't think that I could work in an office setting again after experiencing entrepreneurship. I want more women to be able to live their own authentic and healthy lives. I'm sharing some of the information that we discussed in a course I recently co-created and taught. This information will help you live a life that feels healthy and aligned with your values and desires while doing things that you love to generate income.

Challenges are going to occur in life, and we're going to make mistakes. Our ability to hold ourselves up through challenges is what matters. It's important to not allow your challenges or mistakes to define anything about you personally.

Being a sister has always meant a lot to me, so I am very excited to have all four of my siblings here for my first guest episode! My siblings and I share an amazing bond that I am thankful for every day. We all lead different lives, but we're all entrepreneurs. Sometimes we are held back by the idea that things have to be done perfectly, but we all know that perfection is a myth.
