I'm coming out of my summer tour hibernation right on my birthday with lots of uplifting magical women because this is the year I tap into my spirituality and self-love and starting taking care of my whole self. And I'm starting strong with world renowned psychic, Sarah Renee.

Sarah Renee she has been given the gift from God to connect with the other side. She brings through messages from people's loved ones in the afterlife, as well as from the Angels and Guides so that others can experience a profound and deeply healing connection with Spirit. 

I asked her so many questions about what it really means to be a medium and how she learned to harness this gift. I get skeptical and then we get deep into some really interesting stuff about souls and even death (of course! It's me! I'm back, baby!)

Easter is coming in a couple Sundays so I brought my friend Joe Welker back on to talk about the story of Jesus, Easter traditions and a lot of other really interesting stuff pertaining to Christianity as well as psychedelics. He broke down some metaphors behind stories I had learned growing up and it gave some cool perspective to the bible. You don't need to be Christian to enjoy this conversation, it's really for everyone and very interesting. Joe is a great guy and I'm grateful he was able to take a little time away from his studies at Harvard Divinity School to share his perspective!

It's Chris Hansen week and this interview is so amazing. We dive into the psychology behind predators and the reality and danger of all the work he's done, and how much more there is to do. Oh wow! This is a good one! We're talking all about the tradition of Passover and the convergence of feminism with Judaism with my phenomenal guest, Rabbi Janine Jankovitz. So many questions answered and I learned so much about Judaism, the path to becoming a Rabbi and the traditions of Passover which was just a word I heard around Easter time in my lazy Catholic childhood home.

Did you even know there were female rabbis??? (I did but I feel like maybe some people still didn't.) This was rad and she is so easy to talk to. Enjoy!!

My guest this week is one of my favorite people in the world, Lance Allen! He's so insanely hilarious and a genuine good friend (which is not always an easy thing to find in Los Angeles).

This conversation actually last TWO hours and so I'm breaking it into to episodes, the second of which will focus all on Lance's mental health journey and drop later this year. (You can hear the full thing right now with no intro or ads on Patreon)

We managed to have a ton of laughs in this episode despite the fact that the root of the conversation was on what it's like growing up as a black man in Chicago when your father is in the police department. It's a REALLY great chat and, in my opinion, a really important perspective to share.
