I've been dealing with some pretty intense anxiety lately, but I've made some significant progress by learning to reach out for help and accepting support from others. It's made a world of difference in my experiences, and I've been able to enjoy life so much more.
On top of that, I've started doing these two-hour silent meditations, and they've been absolutely amazing! They've been so impactful that the techniques I've learned have even started to help me handle the challenges I face in everyday life. I can't wait to share more about this journey with you!
Hey there friend! I've got a lot to share with you today! I've been doing some serious self-reflection lately and discovered a bunch of old patterns and beliefs that have been holding me back. And I've been allowing them to be seen and watching as my life is shifting right before me. It's FRUSTRATING at times, but I love myself enough to sit with them and allow them to go in their own time. I also share some really awesome stories of synchronicity!
