What an episode. Nay, what a SEASON. Things just keep escalating and my mind is blown. Tanjiro, Inosuke and Uzui are on the move, and so was supposed to be poor Koinatsu. We leave the comedy and horror portion of this arc and diving straight into the action shounen part! I'm very worried about Koinatsu, Zenitsu and them. Hopefully Tanjiro can hold up Daki long enough for Uzui to intervene. Enjoy!

Discussing Demon Slayer's "Infiltrating the Entertainment District", second episode of the Entertainment District Arc. Uzui is an absolute laugh, Sumiko, Inoko and Zenko are HERE, and I am so intrigued and enchanted by this new environment we're in. It's a very different type of mission compared to what we've seen before and I'm excited to see where it leads. I have many many many questions about how long Uzui's wives were in there, how long Daki has been there...very hype. Hope you enjoyed the episode as much as I did. Kissies!

We meet my new baby Senjuro who is th sweetest, Tanjiro knocks some literal sense into Papa Rengoku, we learn a bit about Sun Breathing and the potential legacy of the Kamado family. We also meet Uzui-san who is, well...a LOT. Oh, and Muzan is terrifying and so meeeeaaaan. Can't wait for next weeek!!!!

It's a whole new world, literally. Finally getting into the Dark Continent Arc!!!!!!!
This arc starts off with quite the bang, Netero has a son??? Who wants to lead an expedition into the new world? Said new world having these even for hunter x hunter gnarly creatures doesn't seem to be a deterrent. Yeah, this will totally end well for all party involved *nervous chuckle*

October 19, 2021 Hunting Season: Continuing Hunter x Hunter Ep.27 - Dark Continent Arc Preview
Hi guys!!!!!
Sorry this took so long. The material is so dense and rich for the Dark Continent arc, I want to do it justice so I had to rethink a bit more about how to structure the podcast. Anyways, in this I discuss my feeling on the the new hunt underway, the new Zodiacs, getting more Leorio and Kurapika, seeing that Ging is a bad*ss hunter even if he is a terrible father lol. I talk about Killua and Gon chilling for now. The through line from the previous arcs is amazing, I am ever so impressed by the story telling of Togashi Yoshihiro and honestly, he can take his time because I'm here for that Chimera Ant arc greatness all over again.
