We start the conversation with our discussion of too much sushi at Sushi Lover but excellent customer service and an elevated breakfast experience at The River Coffee & Cream. Then we finish up our Lake Michigan road trip adventure:
Also enjoy an expanded Fish Minute with some background and a medical update on the infamous Keesa Fish.

Before we continue onto Part 2 of our Lake Michigan tour, we chat about our last camping trip of the season up in Marinette County at Morgan Park. We explored some of the Iron Mountain area: bats and mines and waterfalls and hiking. Good experiences all around at Contrast Coffee, Edelweiss Coffee, Mama Bear's Brew, and Neu Cup.

We open Season 3 of Hey You! with the first half of our camping road trip around the whole of Lake Michigan. You hear all about the highlights and a few fails. Like never ever will we ever tow a camper through Chicago. And why does does the state of Michigan have the pretty side of Lake Michigan?! As usual, there will be food, coffee, drinks, camping, adventure, and puppies. Oh, and us.

This is it. The moment you dreaded. The finale to Season 2 of Hey You. But this episode is a special treat - we've recorded it from within our camper at Mauthe Lake Campground. Spring Peepers share their input as we discuss our adventures at Corner Coffee Bistro and El Pig's Butt (yes, that's really the name) in Kewauskum. The coffee shop was so good we went back a second time! We also recommend checking out Ugly Mugs with the softest donuts we've ever had.
Have any suggestions for places to check out for Season 3? Send them our way! We'll see you again in the fall. Thank you for listening.

No. More. Painting. At least not in the basement. We head to locally famous spots - Zesty's and Uncle Mikes Bakery. We also return to Sushi Lover with friends Jenni & Tyler, and have a really great date night, from wine to desert, at Studio 1212. Plus, we checked a new breakfast spot in Luxemburg - The Ahnapee Creamery & Coffee.

K eats vegetables, on purpose, and does NOT die. In fact, he even likes them! Find out how FreshKIND Kitchen makes veggies edible and enjoyable. We circle back to local coffee spots LaJava and Crystal Coffee for much needed irish-thremed caffeinated beverages. If you haven't checked out Wildflower Supper Club in Kewaunee, learn why it's worth a stop. And, we finally checked out Sunday Funday brunch at 888 Cheese & Co.

Kitty Robots. I don't even need to say more. But I will. Bowling at Buzz Social and Ashwaubenon Lanes. Indian Bhavan, The Bar East, The River Coffee & Cream, new brunch buffet and the Daily Buzz, and updated menu at Narrow Bridge. And then we started a new project, finally - painting the basement. But really. It's the kitty robot.

Lots of food, coffee, and adult beverages in this episode. We talk about Ledgestone Vineyard's newly expanded menu, cocktails at Amphora, Toast & Co.'s pink maple latte, stuffed French toast at Spork, heading back to Black Honey Hashery and The Depot, and the search for smoothie's. We also take advantage of the weird, warm February weather to grill out, cooking K's famous bacon-wrapped stuffed chicken breast and T making mushroom risotto from scratch for the first time.

How do we survive cabin fever? With coffee, of course! And food and adventures and video games and more. We had a recent visit with family in Oregon, Wisconsin, and enjoyed Firefly Coffeehouse, Ready Set, the Wine Reserve, and McFarland House. Want to share what you do when cabin fever sets in? Drop us a line on Facebook, Instagram, or email. Be sure to mention the magic word. ;)
