Today I introduce to you the beautiful human Zane. When I tell you he has been on a journey, you best believe he's been on a journey.

From the depths of drug addiction and promiscuity, to an enlightened path of self awareness, grounding and observation.

But this episode isn't focused on spirituality. We are talking mental health. In particular, the mental health of men. Zane has joined forces with a few other guys and formed a mens support group, The Conscientious Kings. Focusing on being a safe place for men to find themselves, find support and be part of an uplifting network of people whose intentions have your best interests at heart.

The group meet every third Friday of the month, and welcome every man, without judgement.

This mens group currently is held in Newcastle, north England UK.

I don't know where to begin.

Speaking with Dyzio it quickly becomes evident that he has been through a lot. He doesn't shy away from speaking about his experiences, and for that im grateful.

Dyzio has battled cancer this year, and here he talks about some of the lows, and how he kept himself going. He discusses some of the process of going through chemo, and how he managed to get through.
