Our Spanish cousins from Jersey, bring a lot to this podcast episode with their point of view on being Dominican and African American. As the conversation expands, the cousins learned that they had accents and misunderstood dialects that didn't quite crossover as well as they thought. While uncovering similarities and differences through our language, we address the issue that our extended cousin is facing with a family member who doesn't get that we have warped into 2022. Lessons we takeaway from this conversation: 1. We should always work as a unit or be one as a family - no matter what. 2.
