Part four of the ‘Genius’ series, delivered by Pastor Dale Walker. We are studying how to unleash God’s genius in us and for us because we want to discover what is often undiscovered in us. God wants you to discover and unleash your genius not just to get more for yourself but so you can be more for God and others.

Part three of the ‘Genius’ series, delivered by special guest Pastor Jason Walker. We live in an entitled culture. The genius of the way the Kingdom of God grows is not in what we get, but in what we give. God often reveals Himself opposite to His surroundings. 

“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given...” (Isaiah 9:6)

Part two of the ‘Genius’ series, delivered by Pastor Dale Walker. God formed you for a purpose, as in Jeremiah 1:5. God knew Jerimiah’s purpose and calling in his mother’s womb;

“Before I shaped you in the womb, I knew all about you. Before you saw the light of day, I had holy plans for you.”

God looks at us and sees greatness. His plans are good for you. We are His masterpiece and He rejoices over us. In this lesson we discover, are able to embrace, and begin to develop our calling and purpose.

Part seven of the ‘Encounters With Jesus’ series, delivered by Pastor Dale Walker. Today, we want to learn how we can encounter Jesus in the middle of disappointment and let Him turn our disappointment into destiny. Life has many disappointments. It is easy to move from disappointment to disillusionment and disengagement. Disappointment is the gap between what we thought our future would be and what it has become. The question isn’t whether God is with us during these times but whether we are able to engage and experience His presence during these times.

“Now that same day two of them were going to a village called Emmaus, about seven miles from Jerusalem. They were talking with each other about everything that had happened. As they talked and discussed these things with each other, Jesus himself came up and walked along with them; but they were kept from recognizing him…” Luke 24:13-34 (NIV)

Today we look at a story in which Jesus encounters His disciples in a way that was tempted to think of God withdrawing from us, but we see here the truth that He is actually drawing near to us. I believe God wants to show us that in places we would naturally tend to fear the most, God wants to show up the biggest.
