I’m this episode I talk extensively about my dads suicide attempts and his journey with mental illness from my perspective .

I describe here how I started my journey to seek better mental health , how and why I got help and how I progressed over the years.

My mother has severe narcissistic borderline personality disorder, my father severe mental illness. I grew up in an incredibly dysfunctional family and I came out with a huge amount of scars from constant emotional abuse. Here is my story.
