Part VII of End of the Golden Witch

It's time to finally say goodbye to Courtney's favourite episode and all the janky perspective it brings. But there's still time for an all out brawl as Jess enters their villain era! Does this make Rowan the reasonable one? Find out!

Huge changes for the podcast! Rowan has dropped their kayfabe and has entered 'Cerebral Hours'. We have a new Jess-based segment, much to everyone's delight. A storm brews over the pod as tensions rise. Courtney, The Witch Of Video Games presides over all.

You thought Umineko would stop now the gold's been found? You have another thing coming. Natsuhi reminisces on her days chugging essential oils, Erika gets some sick burns on scooby doo, and we all take a journey down the sweetpiss river.

Content warning for discussion of sexual assault, child sexual abuse, sexualisation of children, and assorted anime bullshit

WELL HERE SHE IS, Courtney's proclaimed 'greatest fictional character of all time' and she's a dickhead. She's got blue hair, one winky eye, and she LOVES to show off. Erika takes centre stage this week, for better or worse. Jess takes another crack at the epitaph. We discover that Rowan hasn't watched anime. Courtney cackles as we stumble around in the darkness once again.

Part I of End of the Golden Witch.

Welcome to season 2! After a brief intermission we are back but don't worry: Courtney is still fabulous, Rowan is still incompetent, and Jess..... has a really good deal on Avocados? While the spectre of some Blue Hair and Pronouns looms over the pod, we still have plenty of time to discuss Krauss' questionable business decisions, Natsuhi's upcoming divorce, and the involvement of boat monkeys on Rokkenjima.

Jess is away, so we watched a movie! Courtney and Rowan talk about Rocky Horror Picture Show - one of us talks passionately about history and themes, and the other does bits. You will never guess which one is which!!

We will be back to Umineko content next week, but for now enjoy this little treat.
