 On February 13, 2017, thirteen-year-old Abby Williams and fourteen-year-old Libby German set out for a day on the Monon High Bridge Trail in Delphi, Indiana — and never came home. Their bodies were found the next day in the woods near the bridge. It took five years and a misplaced police report — but law enforcement eventually got their man.
