On this week's episode we catch up Joey Duffy of the pivotal gateway band from Oklahoma,  CLIFFDIVER.  Joey and I found out that we had a lot more in common than just great music. *Disclaimer* - we get pretty deep on those common bonds, such as military, mental illness, suicide, and addiction. The common theme that we find through all of this is how music saves. CILFFDIVER is the perfect example of a band that on paper might not make sense, but the second you hear their music you go, fuck yeah!!!! If you are looking for a new and exciting band to save your life, CLIFFDIVER is the band you've been searching for. Join Joey and I as we travel to "Gas City"  and get "Lost In IKEA" while looking for "Cameron Diaz."

This week we welcome the living legend himself Michael Monroe of HANOI ROCKS and DEMOLITION 23. For those of you who do not know who Michael is, let me put it this way, without him the style of hair metal and glam rock my never have existed. Michael recently turned 60 and based on his latest solo record "I Live Too Fast To Die Young!"  there are no signs of him slowing down. Michael has had a nice resurgence of his music from Hanoi Rocks with call outs and plays in the hit show "Peacemaker" on HBO and "The Dirt" on Netflix. Demolition 23, Michael's super group from back in the 90's recently released their album on vinyl for the very first time. If you haven't heard it, you should. Join Michael and I as we entertain "Young Drunks & Old Alcoholics" with "No Guilt" of the "Dearly Departed."

MICHAEL MONROE - "I Live Too Fast To Die Young"     OUT NOW!!!

Join us this week as we welcome Sergie from WAYS AWAY and SAMIAM. Sergie's career has spanned many decades with stops in many bands along the way. Sergie's career started with the band SOUP then on to SWEET BABY, SAMIAM, KNAPSACK, SOLEA, RAQUET CLUB, FELLED TREES, and now WAYS AWAY. If you've ever listened to the show, you know these bands have been on my favorites list since the moment I first heard them. So you can imagine the fun and pure joy I had having Sergie on the show.  It seems that all I need is Sergie in a band for me to fall in love with it. Tune in to hear Sergie speak openly and honestly about his life, career, and what led to his latest band WAYS AWAY.

This week we head across the "pond" to Scotland and catch up with Robbie McSkimming from DANCING ON TABLES. Dancing On Tables are a Scottish pop-rock band from Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland, who formed in 2014 as bored school friends who happened to play the right instruments. Beginning with playing friend's parties and school halls, their journey has since seen them play UK arenas with Catfish and the Bottlemen.  Robbie gives us a glimpse into what life was like while creating the band's first full length album and the changes made to make it happen. Robbie and I find common ground on other Scottish bands we both know and love. Join Robbie and I as we "Breathe" new life into the "Sing Along"  that is a "Rollercoaster Love"  of music.

Throughout her storied career Tiffany has never stopped creating and recording music that she is proud to share with the world. Tiffany has kept up with the ever-changing world of music, and her latest creation "Shadows" proves just that. Tiffany touches on her past, present and future during the show. She goes on to explain what drives her to constantly create new music and how to evolve. Join Tiffany and I as we discuss the thoughts that are "Always In My Head" while being "Lost Inside" the "Shadows'"

The week we welcome Jolie Lindholm of the Flordia based hard hitting band, THE DARLING FIRE. After years of individual success in some of the scene's most beloved bands, THE DARLING FIRE was born of both deep struggle and deeper friendships. A veritable mosaic of indie notoriety, the band features members or ex-members of The Rocking Horse Winner, Further Seems Forever, Dashboard Confessional, Poison The Well, Shai Hulud, As Friends Rust, and Strongarm among others. Jolie gives us a glimpse into how super groups are formed and learn to create new musical landscapes together. Join Jolie and I as we discuss the "Rituals"  that  lead to an "Amber" sky without life becoming a "Downer."

This week I catch up with the Alabama Emo Pioneers CAMPING IN ALASKA. I had the distinct pleasure to have the entire band on the show. Austin, Jacob, Dani and Eli brought their A game on this episode. We dove in and out of different subjects on occasion but always made it back to where we started, music! Martial Arts isn’t just for protection, it’s for forming pivotal bands. Join CAMPING IN ALASKA and I as we give you “Insight” on how the “Bacon” is made!!! “C U In Da Ballpit”

This week we catch up with Natalie Newbold of the enchanting indie band WELL WISHER. If you're looking for something that's new but reminds you of an era gone, then WELL WISHER is for you. Natalie discusses what brought forth the creation of the band and what keeps driving it forward. Natalie's unvarnished opinion of music keeps me engaged throughout the show. Having had the great experience of watching a live performance of the band, I urge anyone and everyone to not miss a WELL WISHER show in your area, and that goes for this episode as well! Join Natalie and I as we try not to "Panic"  while we attempt to "Do Better" at being "Miserable!"
