This week we welcome CHAD PRICE of ALL, DRAG THE RIVER, and his newest band A VULTURE WAKE. Chad has had quite the journey through the landscape of music that is his life. There's not many musicians in the world that can say that they become the singer of their favorite band, but Chad can. Stories throughout the show are wide ranging and all begin and end with what's important, the music! Nothing makes me happier than when an artist I have loved and respected from afar takes on a new challenge and kills it as well as Chad has with A VULTURE WAKE. Being a part of something new has brought Chad into different  experiences and a creative spectrum that shines through with the music. Join Chad and I as we pass on the "Virus' that's in our "Blood" and remains in the "Shadow Of A Common Fear!"

This week I get to catch up with Tanner Jones of the pivotal new indie band COUPLET. I had  an amazing opportunity to see COUPLET perform in NYC and I just had to talk to Tanner. I was a big fan of his old band YOU BLEW IT! and I just knew I couldn't miss seeing his new endeavor. Tanner tells the story of COUPLET coming together and creating new music with old friends. After the ending of YOU BLEW IT! Tanner thought about leaving music behind him and move on to other things in life. Little did he know that people missed his voice in the world and were clamoring for something more. If you are looking for a new band to fall in love with then COUPLET is the band for you. Join Tanner and I as we sift through "The Dregs" in our "Sleep" during one of our "Infinite Days."

This week I meet up with Jef Rhodes of THEM DAMN KINGS. Jef and I met as so many of us music lovers do, at a show. I happened to be on vacation and decided to check out a show at a local venue. Jef happened to be working the board that evening and we started chatting up all things music. Turns out, as fate would have it, Jef had a righteous band of his own, THEM DAMN KINGS. I was 1000 miles from home and the man I met happened to be from my home state of NJ. We knew all of the same places and all of the same music. Jef sent me his bands stuff that he was working on and it brought me right back home. Jef has had an extensive career in the biz, from playing in bands to being a backline tech & engineering for bands like LACUNA COIL, OPETH, CRADLE OF FILTH and many others. Join Jef and I as we “Rise Up” to find out if we are “Good Enough” to walk through the “Fields Of Fire!”

This week I had the great opportunity to catch up with Bob Hoag of a band that played a big part in shaping my musical taste, POLLEN. Bob has had a lengthy career in the musical arts and currently owns and operates FLYING BLANKET RECORDING out of Mesa, AZ. Bob’s attention to detail has helped many other bands achieve the sounds they were looking for. More recently Bob had the opportunity to go back into the studio with his early work from POLLEN to find the sound he always envisioned for the band. Having the opportunity to remaster and issue Pollen’s catalog on vinyl for the first time, Bob got to play with the original recordings. This episode is filled with some great conversations about many different things, often falling down some rabbit holes. Join Bob and I as we try to figure out if “Girls Love Robots” while wearing “Tiny Shoes” and we hope you don't “Hyperventilate” when you hear the answer.

This week I meet up with the definition of hard work, perseverance, and determination, RISHI BAHL. Rishi’s ability to stay true to what he believes in has led him to great heights in his life. Rishi is the founder of FOUR CHORD MUSIC FEST, FOUR CHORD MUSIC RECORD LABEL, THE SPACEPIMPS (band) and ETERNAL BOY (band). I forgot one...he is also a Professor of Marketing at La Roche University in Pittsburgh, PA. When it comes to his band Eternal Boy, Rishi had to make some decisions few would be able to make. I’ll say that they worked out in the end (listen and you’ll find out what they were). The labor of love that is FOUR CHORD MUSIS FEST has grown leaps and bounds over the past eight years and to hear the stories of the ups and downs along the way are heart warming and confounding. Join Rishi and I as we discuss “One Dream At A Time” while we wake from the “Nightmare” that was “A Long Year!” Make sure to “Listen For The Clues” or “You’re Going To Regret It!”

This week I traverse the globe and end up in Germany chatting with Joost from the amazing band CATAPULTS. This episode takes us into the wonderful world of positivity and what saying nice things about someone’s  art means to them. I had mentioned the band CATAPULTS on a recent show and it made its way to Germany and into Joost’s ear. Joost made the statement that his band is just a local German band, but I strongly disagree. The moment I heard CATAPULTS music, it forced me to tell everyone I know. The questions remain the same but the answers are always different. If you want to hear great music that brings you on a journey to your happy place, then CATAPULTS is the band for you. Join Joost and I as we break our “Routines & Habits”  in the “Vacancy” that is our “Newfound Home.”

This week we catch up with David Green of the sensational punk band MOONRAKER. David's musical journey began quite early on in life. Growing up with a choir director mother and being forced to see 7th grade renditions of West Side Story too many times than he would like to remember. Those times turned out to be not so bad, considering the fact that he was able to jump into finding his instrument at a young age. David tells of his journey from the moment he realized people could form bands, all the way to things that happen on the road as a band. MOONRAKER does not shy away from punching you in the face with their punk rock tunes, and I welcome that punch at the beginning of every song. Join David and I as we speak “In Confidence” about the “The Vanishing Act” that was the band's van and gear.
