As a Movement Educator and Facilitator; it is her mission to increase individual awareness, creation and sustainability of body movement to re-educate, re-store, and re-energize the body's natural alignment and movement patterns. Katrina is dedicated to encouraging individuals to envisioning their life beyond the scale and to see how much more fulfilling their life can be when they engage in the process and to take their journey one step at a time.
She promotes physical movement and the movement of energy and ideas. She is the Co-Creator/Owner at nLoveWithMovement. She is the Founder and Head Coach of a non profit, youth Track and Field Club, Olympia Track Club, as well as the Jumps Coach at CastleView High School. She has a passion for dancing; so you will often see her out dancing various styles of dance throughout the week. You might even be lucky to catch one of her dance classes.
