Despite doing well in her corporate role, Janice felt that it wasn't as fulfilling as it could be. With that realisation, she decided to quit her 9-5 and became an entrepreneur. Today, she works with millennial entrepreneurs to brand and build their businesses digitally.

We spoke about how her homeschooling experience growing up taught her the importance of ownership and how that translated into her work ethic. Janice provided great insights into the perspective of fear and how we can put our problems into perspective as well.

It was heartening to see how Janice is such an action-taker even at her young age. She shows us that your attitude is what matters, and that if you truly want something and work hard for it, things will work out in the end.

As an introvert, I wasn't always comfortable being on social media and putting myself out there. It took a conscious effort and a shift in my perspectives that I started being more active on various social platforms.

In this episode, I share about the process of how I managed to overcome my fear of social media.

His positive mindset was apparent from the get-go, and it's truly mind-blowing to think that he has started 5 startups in university alone.

Sometimes, all we need to do is ask. If you never ask, you never know.

Often times, we feel afraid to reach out to others and ask for a favour because we're afraid that something bad might happen. From my personal experiences, this can't be further away from the truth.

People are generally very willing to share their experiences and assistance, all you have to do is muster up the courage to ask for it.

Try asking, and you will get what I mean.

Mentors are a huge part of many successful people, but how do you actually find yourself a mentor?

Looking to maximise your potential as a youth?

In this episode, we have Joe, who is the Head of REACH Youth Service, where they conduct various programmes and services for at-risk youths.

Having been impacted by his own mentors during his growing up years, Joe became very passionate about helping youths become the best versions of themselves.

We talked about how he rebuilds the confidence of these youths and help them achieve various milestones in their lives. Joe brought up many insightful processes regarding goal formulation and self-awareness as well.

Some of these techniques have been applied to help youths who have had to overcome really tough circumstances, so I believe there is much to learn from Joe's sharing.
