Remembered a deep cut conversation I’d had on Facebook a few years ago. I decided to share “what” my spirituality is, as I sometimes get questions on what I practice and whom I work with. Enjoy!

Sometimes when I’m on the way to the store I think “Dang it’d suck if they didn’t have ABC...” and then I remember that I’m the creator of my universe and shift it to “Wow it’d be amazing if the store has multiples of the item I’m looking for!” This episode is about shifting your words and thoughts to be in alignment with your desires rather than perpetuating misery and discomfort.
