Live is the supreme Christian virtue. It binds believers together in unity. Peace rules our hearts so that the church may live in harmony.

In Christ we are given a new identity: chosen, holy, and beloved. Therefore must put off our old sinful ways and put on the Christlike of compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. We are called to bear with one another and forgive each other.

The church is the only place where racial, religious, cultural and social barriers do not divide. Christians are united because Christ is all and is in all.

Christians must put off anger, wrath, malice, slander, lying, and obscene talk—because through union with Christ, the old nature has been crucified and stripped away. Believers are now the “new man,” clothed in Christ’s righteousness and being renewed into His image.

Because we have new life in Christ, we do not need to continue to live in the death of sexual sin.

Believers are united to Christ, robed in His righteousness, and secure in His protection and promises. Though our true life is presently concealed—often marked by weakness, sin, and struggle—it will one day be revealed in glory when Christ appears, transforming us into His likeness.

Rigid self-denial for religious purposes—is a dangerous replacement of Christ, rooted in demonic deception and human tradition rather than true spirituality. Real holiness comes not through external rules but through life in Christ. Lasting transformation and victory over sin are not achieved through legalism or asceticism but by finding deeper joy, satisfaction, and identity in Jesus.

Asceticism, angel worship, and obsession with visions elevate experience over Scripture and lead believers away from clinging to Christ. The antidote to mysticism is holding fast to Christ through His Word and His Church, where true growth and nourishment are found.
