In this episode I share a message I received from my higher self this morning on a coaching call with a client. This is timely and relevant to all that is happening in our world right now as well as in any other situation where you might find yourself triggered. When you find yourself triggered and want to share how you are feeling and help bring awareness, this is the way your higher self would have you speak up.

Are you intentional about setting your vibration every day?? The Universe only speaks one language, frequency. So if you want to attract something or move through life with ease and flow and connected to your higher self, you have to be intentional about the frequency or vibration you are offering!! It is just as important to put on your vibe every morning as it is to go to the bathroom and put on your pants!! With these tips you will be vibing HIGH, you will be a magnet to your manifestations and soar above obstacles to crush your dreams!!!

In this episode I talk about my why. Everywhere I look as I venture further out into social media and on different platforms I'm seeing videos or coaching programs teaching me how to be other people. "Do it this way if you want to be successful, you're not successful if you don't do it like this". Well I've decided to do this the best way I can while being Authentically Me and this is my why.

In this episode I talk about my experience in meditation this week and specifically what happened when I awakened my Shakti Energy. I am driven by inspiration always. I feel guided by my Higher Self or other Spirit Guides, Angels and Ascended Masters to the next step in my expansion and I had been asking for assistance recently. I had never studied Shakti before this experience, this was one synchronicity after another that brought me to Her. This is my experience.
