We really can’t do much without giving ourselves our own permission! It starts with us.

I talk about what it means to give ourselves permission and how we can move from holding ourselves back to believing in ourselves and the importance of our contribution. This has a strong impact on any area of life - not just our career, but our relationship to ourselves, to people we love and to our vision for what we want our lives to be.
