Someone has said, "A beatitude is a simple phrase with a great message." When we think about beatitudes in the Bible, most of us immediately remember Jesus' sermon on the mount. That's a wonderful example of beatitudes, but it is not the only place where we can find these messages of blessing. In fact, surprisingly, there are several in the book of Revelation! 

Joe wrapped up this excellent verse-by-verse study on Galatians with the fifth and final chapter which lists the fruits of the spirit. How do you recognize a spirit-filled person? How do you become more of a spirit-filled person yourself? The answer to both questions rests on the results (fruits) of the attributes listed in this famous passage.

In this third of four sermons on "All Things New," Levi takes us to verses that point out that all of us make mistakes (we are human). How do we manage that after we have been made new? We must continually work to grow, to correct sinful ways, to keep putting mistakes away from us so that we can be renewed daily.

Near the end of Paul's letter to the churches in Galatia, Paul enumerated a list of the fruits of the spirit and said that we can recognize a spirit-filled person based on their fruits. Joe made this directly applicable to us in the modern day with this discussion of the traits of a Christian person living a spiritual life.
