This week, the MN Supreme Court made the decision to uphold a state law requiring felons to complete their entire sentence (beyond incarceration) before having their voting rights restored.  Brian Fullman, a lead field organizer with ISAIAH MN, joins the program to discuss this decision and how the State Legislature can provide change.
