Are you sick of switching back and forth between Standard and Daylight Savings Times?  The state legislature is apparently in that same frame of mind.  They just passed a bill that would switch that state to Daylight Savings Time all year long.  The bill's author, Rep. Mike Freiberg explains why now is the "time" for change.
