With severe weather events seemingly on the rise, how much has Climate Change contributed?  Dr. Jonathan E. Martin is a professor of Atmospheric and Oceanic Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He studies this phenomenon and gives us his thoughts on how we can reverse some of the effects.
