In the wake of the state's rideshare wage bill being vetoed, the Minneapolis city council has proposed their own wage increase that would affect drivers operating in the city.  Ward 2 councilwoman Robin Wonsley co-sponsors the proposal, and she tells us why she believes it's necessary to implement.
