For years Clare struggled with erratic moods, bloating, frequent panic attacks, low energy, physical pain and inflammation. This eventually lead her to learn about Functional Medicine and Holistic Health.
Her goal is not only to relieve suffering but to enable women to take responsibility for their health and their future to benefit themselves and their families.

Claire is an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Coach who first discovered and used EFT to help control her rising stress levels when working in a very high pressured role. She then went on to use it to start and grow her own business.
Her specialty is helping women in business overcome the subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs that are keeping them stuck and causing procrastination, so that they can achieve more confidence, more success and more happiness.

Tatiana Glad is an entrepreneur and sustainability practitioner. She is founder and director of Impact Hub Amsterdam, a centre for impact entrepreneurship: where people are starting and growing enterprises with a focus on sustainability and innovation. She is an appointed expert to the City of Amsterdam’s Action program on Social Entrepreneurship as well as sits on the University of Amsterdam Business School Sustainability Board. Tatiana is also co-founder of Waterlution in Canada. Her Masters degree in Responsible Business Practice thesis focused on change agents in multinational organisations. With her interest in personal health as well as planetary health, she has a certificate in plant-based nutrition, is a Reiki practitioner, and is currently pursuing a Yin Yoga teacher certification.

Emma is an officially certified instructor of The Breathing Class by Dr.Belisa Vranich and Wim Hof Method (WHM) Instructor, the only Level 3 WHM instructor in the UK, the highest possible. She is an international speaker and an ambassador for the WHM. Since becoming an instructor in 2017 she has led retreats and workshops in the UK and across Europe and worldwide. Her life has been a powerful and optimistic story of growth and change. Wim Hof is also known as The Ice Man and has brought science into the art of cold emersions. A lifelong passion of striving for the best she can give, has meant Monica has attended more courses that she cares to share. Currently chair of the Royal College of Chiropractor’s orthopaedic, rehabilitation and exercise faculty and sits on the British Chiropractic Association’s x-ray standards committee. She has conducted several chiropractic mission trips to Cuba and India. Monica is regularly asked to perform speaking engagements and has spoken at United Chiropractic Association and Scottish Chiropractic Association events. Monica was also the first female in Europe to qualify in CBP (idealspine.com) in 2005 and then again one of only a handful of practitioners worldwide to gain and advanced qualification in CBP in 2014. Monica is a very well respected Chiropractor in the UK and I am excited to have her on the podcast and expose you to the wonderful world of Chiropractic and how taking care of your spine and nervous system can play an integral role in your health.
